We work in teams of three, and charge $32 per hour, per person.
$96 for a team of three, plus we supply our own equipment, and products. We use regular house hold products you find at the grocery store. We have found them to be safe, and effective. If you choose, we can use products you supply. We are familiar with most popular products, and most green products.
We have also added a price structure for smaller apartments, and condos. It is $70 per hour for a team of two. We are also finding that once you go beyon the first hour it’s a dollar per minute, $85 four an hour fifteen minutes, and $100 for an hour, and a half. Once you get beyond that a three person team is more cost effective.
Our service area is from down town to 145th, from lake Washington to Puget Sound. By keeping our service area small we keep the cost of over head low.
